Our Story & Mission

Football Centre of Development (COD) was established in 2016 by Kerwin Jean-Pierre, a former professional footballer and now a full-time coach. Designed and developed by Kerwin, COD provides a challenging and highly focused environment where young footballers can master their technical and tactical abilities.

 

At Football COD, our philosophy is centred on developing technically proficient and tactically intelligent players with a clear and recognisable playing style. Our game model focuses on possession-based football, with a strong emphasis on players being comfortable with the

ball and on creating goal scoring opportunities through intelligent movement, teamwork, and decision-making.

 

We’ve built a learning environment that supports each player’s growth by enhancing every technical and tactical aspect of their game. Our approach ensures that every session delivers meaningful, long-term development  helping players improve not only their performance on the pitch but also their confidence, understanding, and passion for the game.
